We help ambitious people build the charities the world is missing

We believe launching new organisations is among the most powerful ways to improve the world. That’s why we remove the barriers to starting a charity by equipping ambitious founders with ideas, training, funding and support.

Our story

Some of the world's biggest problems don't lack solutions. They lack founders.

We learned this firsthand.

Our founders wanted to have as much impact as possible, so they researched where a new charity could help people the most. But they found more problems in urgent need of a new charity than they could ever tackle themselves.

So they asked: what if, instead of starting just one charity, we helped other founders start many? The first charity they helped launch was Fortify Health, which fortifies flour in India with micronutrients, protecting millions of children from anaemia and stunted brain development. From that, our incubation program was born.

Every year, our research uncovers proven, cost-effective ways to save and improve lives that no organisation is delivering. We find and train the founders to bring them to life.
